海南粽包扎法 ~ The Making of Hainanese Dumpling

常常都有人问起,“你们海南粽子是怎么包扎的?”, 在这里就为你介绍,
我家的粽子是这样包的。。。
People always ask "How Hainanese dumpling being wrapped?"
Let me introduce how the dumpling being warpped at MY HOME.

海南粽子是由一种特别的姜科类叶片包扎。
Hainanese dumpling is wrap by special leaf.





处理过的叶片,摺成 V 字形。
把炒过的糯米垫底。
Fold the treated leaf into V sharp.
Put in the rice,
加入所喜爱的内馅。
Add in the desire ingredient.
再把一些糯米把内馅盖满。
Fully cover with the rice.
把整个粽子包起来。
Wrap the dumpling.
 横摺。
Wraping from the right to the left.
定型。
Fixing the sharp.
再直摺。
Warping again from the front.
把多余的叶子给剪掉。
Cut the excessive leaf.
平放于桌面。
Put the dumpling on the table.
把草绳对折。
Fold the grass string half.
三十公分处打个结。
Make a knot 30cm from the edge.
距离五公分再打个结。
Make a knot again around 5cm from the previous knot.
把五公分的圈套于顶端。
Fix the loop onto the dumpling.
两端拉往后方,对拉转向九十度。
Tighting the string backwards and turn the string in 90 degree.
拉回圈圈。
Pull the string to the loop.
穿过圈圈,再往后对拉。
The string must be pull thru the loop.
在后方把结打紧。
Tigthen the string and fix a knot at the back.



粽子串成一束。
Put all the dumpling together.






大功告成。
